REVIEW ON TELEGRAM APP

Telegram messenger app allows the user to send text messages,stickers,images and videos by using end-to-end encryption.

When using several  communication apps we often come around the word END-TO-END ENCRYPTION,but not all of us know the meaning behind this code word so,before reviewing about the app let me define this word to you:

It means that the message or any kind of picture or video you have sent to someone will remain between you and that person only and no third party even the application authorization will be reading that message.

STARTING THE APP:

First,the user must have to download the app which require Internet access or either the mobile data.After downloading the app one must need an account to proceed further.The account is set up by entering the number so that other user may find you,user name isn’t required in this case.

What benefits we can achieve through using telegram app?

      i.           SECURE MESSAGES SESSION

         There’s a major advantage in telegram that is has a option for SECURE MESSAGES SESSION and end to end encryption!! It means that no one other than sender and recipient will view the content and which will be self destructed after set period of time. 

       ii. CLOUD STORAGE

  You must have been familiar with the term CLOUD STORAGE.Yes getting my point right,telegram app offers the users with the cloud storage means that the user can save their images,videos,documents on the cloud.Despite of logging in and out several times you will not lose any of your data and does have to worry about backup or restore.

      iii.    COMPRESSES IMAGE SIZE:

                    If you are sending a video or an image of high size,telegram also provide us the benefit of compressing the image or video size.So we may share our media easily.

   iv.      SUPER GROUP:

                    Telegram also offers the facility of SUPER GROUP to its users.The super group  have a capacity of 5000 members,further every member of the group invite any other random person to the group and further the members can change the group name and photo.

    v.           CHANNEL:

                      The telegram along with the SUPER GROUP also provides the CHANNEL,which is somewhat different from the super group feature.In CHANNEL,the admin can choose who can post or view the media of other members.

       vi.     DOCUMENT FORMATS:
         There are various apps which doesn’t allow the user to send documents of various formats but,telegram allows the user to send any file format of document either PDF,word,PPT etc. 

  vii           MULTIPLE ACCESS:

         Telegram can be used on multiple devices at one time i.e:on laptop and mobiles and remember these session which is a super cool feature.

    viii.ASK BUTTON

         Telegram even have a ASK button which may help the user to ask any query they have regarding the app. 

     ix.ENCRYPTION:

  Telegram also provides the users with the feature of securing message with the pass code which several other apps lacks and require a third party app access to avail this feature.

   x .EDIT SENT MESSAGES

The telegram app also allows the user to edit  ALREADY SENT MESSAGES, so if one has made any spelling mistake and have sent the message he or she may correct it afterward too.

Some disadvantages of telegram:

·     One major disadvantage of telegram app is that the user can’t see the online/offline status of another user.

·     Also it doesn’t have any voice calling option so one have no choice of sending a text message or doing a voice call.

·     It doesn’t provide the user with the option of multiple selection.yes if one have to sent multiple files it is not possible,you must send the files one by one.

  

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS APP

I personally recommend this app to all users who are more addictive to chatting rather than calling and shares a huge amount of media to other users.
